About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to lead comprehensive security operations across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security arrangements for all depots and headquarters
• Gather security-related information from agencies and advise management on preventive actions
• Supervise daily security operations and deployment at headquarters and depots
• Coordinate with multiple security service providers for operational support
• Conduct daily monitoring and patrolling at all sites
• Conduct monthly visits to depots for supervision and assessment
• Negotiate service agreements with security providers
• Review and process monthly security services invoices
• Assess and arrange security for high-profile visitors
• Conduct monthly security drills and exercises
• Report incidents and security concerns to management
• Conduct internal investigations for incident analysis
• Coordinate with external security agencies

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure comprehensive security across all company operations
• Maintain ongoing compliance with local laws and regulations related to security
• Provide periodic security reports to management
• Overall management and oversight of security personnel at all locations

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in security management or related field
• Proven experience in security operations management

Compensation

₦200,000 - ₦250,000 per month
