Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing and recycling operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, safety compliance, and consistent production performance in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily plant and recycling operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Oversee production planning, quality control, and equipment maintenance
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets
• Monitor operational costs and drive continuous process improvement
• Work closely with the CEO/MD on strategic and operational decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree is an added advantage)
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or recycling operations
• Strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing production teams and plant operations
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
