Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Position Overview

Hodskey Consultants Limited seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee and optimize all operational activities of the organization, with a strong focus on polymer manufacturing operations. The COO will ensure efficient production processes, quality excellence, cost optimization, safety compliance, and operational scalability. This role works closely with the CEO and executive team to translate corporate strategy into effective operational execution across production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives
• Oversee all polymer manufacturing operations and production processes
• Drive production efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and compliance
• Manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all operations
• Direct supply chain and logistics operations
• Supervise maintenance and asset management functions
• Lead and develop large production teams across multiple sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in polymer manufacturing operations
• Extensive technical knowledge of polymer materials, processing technologies, and industrial equipment
• Proven ability to lead large production teams and manage multi-site operations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MSc. Engineering, or Operations Management)
• Professional certifications in operations, quality, or safety management
