A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee core functions including branch operations, credit administration, collections, customer service, IT, and compliance.
  • Lead process optimization and drive digital innovation. Manage operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in senior management within banking or microfinance.
  • Proven experience in operations management, digital transformation, and process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian banking regulations.
  • Experience managing specialized product segments is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
