An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Directs all central operations, such as payments, treasury, loans administration, and branch operations.

Strategic Planning: Collaborates with the CEO to translate vision into actionable, high-performance, and scalable business plans.

Technology & Digital Transformation: Drives the adoption of advanced technology, digitizing back-office operations, and enhancing digital banking platforms.

Performance Optimization: Sets and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity, reduce the cost-to-income ratio, and improve service delivery.

Risk & Compliance Management: Ensures adherence to banking regulations, strengthens internal controls, and mitigates operational risks.

Team Development: Mentors and manages operational teams, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
