Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, forecasting, and direction to support business growth
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems that ensure the company's financial health
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment strategies
• Identify business opportunities and risks, and recommend initiatives to drive growth and profitability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business strategy
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial management roles
• Strong business strategy experience and proven ability to align finance with organizational growth
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Honest, stable, calm under pressure, and with strong foresight
