About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ibadan. As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial management and strategy of the organization, ensuring financial stability and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning and strategy
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage regulatory reporting and compliance
• Develop organizational budgets
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong expertise in financial planning and finance management
• Proven capabilities in preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reporting
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proficiency in financial software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or ICAN
• Experience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial sector
