About the Organization

Our client is a diversified group with interests in manufacturing, construction, technology transfer consultancy, ICT, construction chemicals, and intermediate industrial chemical distribution. We are seeking an executive leader to oversee all financial and strategic operations of the Group.

Role Overview

The CFO provides financial leadership, drives long-term financial strategy, ensures strong governance and compliance, and supports operational excellence across the business. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and proven experience in managing multiple business environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future, driving profitability, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the group's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
• Evaluate financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to sustain operational efficiency across the various subsidiaries in the group
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial governance structures are in place

Financial Operations & Management

• Oversee all financial functions: accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, auditing, and procurement

Business Performance & Growth Support

• Conduct financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support business growth
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvements
• Support operational efficiency initiatives across the organization
