The CEO will serve as the principal advisor on business growth and expansion across all LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited's business lines. This role involves developing and driving human resource intervention initiatives within the ecosystem, while serving as a trusted strategic partner to all businesses within the LAPO Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the overall business strategy for LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited and enforce compliance amongst employees
• Make strategic decisions to drive business growth, innovation, and profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support company-wide business objectives
• Drive the Group HR Centralization Project and scale up HR service efficiency within the ecosystem
• Provide expert advice on HR matters to LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited's leadership team and other business heads
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure financial performance meets expectations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Establish a culture of learning and continuous improvement
