About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a talented Chemical Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing chemical and physical properties of raw materials and finished products, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses of samples
• Perform routine laboratory tests using instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, and pH meters
• Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and laboratory equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of all analytical results and reports
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and quality control procedures
• Support product development and process improvement through analytical data

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pure Chemistry, or Biochemistry
• 1 – 4 years of relevant laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, and pH meter (an added advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Excellent recordkeeping and analytical skills
