• Develop and design innovative menus and signature recipes.

• Ensure consistent quality and preparation of all dishes.

• Oversee the kitchen staff, provide training where necessary and ensure that all cooks and assistants follow our standard recipes.

• Collaborate with the management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.

• Attend to any other work from the management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
