Chef de Partie (African Cook)

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (African Cook) to join the culinary team at our four-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality African dishes while maintaining consistency and kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present African cuisine according to hotel standards and recipes

• Manage the African kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes

• Assist with menu planning and daily specials featuring African dishes

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and stock rotation

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

• Work closely with senior chefs and support the kitchen team

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role specializing in African cuisine

• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern African cooking techniques

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen

• Good teamwork and communication skills
