## Title: Chartered Accountant (Partner) – Taxation & Corporate Governance

About the Role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Partner) with deep expertise in taxation, corporate compliance, and company matters to join our leadership team at Royal Resource Management (RRM) in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for clients
Manage company secretarial and corporate governance functions
Provide financial consulting and strategic business advice
Collaborate with partners to expand the firm's client base and service offerings
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN or ACCA)
5–7 years of post-qualification experience
Strong background in taxation and company law
Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development
