Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process all payment transactions, including invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents
• Perform and complete bank and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, analyze accounts, and assist with audits and management reporting
• Respond to and resolve queries from suppliers, clients, or institutions, and maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure timely collection of premiums and other payments from partner institutions
• Ensure all payments are processed in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and technical proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile accounts, analyze financial data, and solve problems effectively
• Experience in accounts payable, customer service, or payment processing
