Care Assistant / Support Worker at Catilas Resources Limited

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to provide high-quality personal, practical, and emotional care to clients in their homes.

The Care Assistant / Support Worker will be central to supporting individuals to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life, while promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing in line with agreed care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and grooming
• Prepare meals and provide support with feeding when necessary
• Remind and support clients in taking medications as outlined in their care plans
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and promote independence
• Maintain accurate daily care records and report any concerns to the Senior Carer / Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a similar care or support role (preferred but not essential)
• Basic Care Training and certifications such as CPR & First Aid, Safeguarding Awareness are an advantage
