## Title: Car Dealership Development Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Car Dealership Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Monitor dealership and distribution sales performance, providing data-driven insights and support for improvement
- Conduct sales forecasting, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates
- Maximize average deal value and overall sales effectiveness across the channel
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers
- Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive adoption of new vehicle models or services
- Identify and pursue new channel growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure channel readiness
- Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines
- Monitor rep retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 5–7 years' experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
