Job Responsibilities

Capacity Monitoring & Forecasting

• Configure and maintain Planning software tools for utilization on ODFs, cabinets, splitters, and ONUs
• Establish and enforce utilization thresholds (Green ≤70%, Amber 70–90%, Red >90%)
• Run predictive analytics within GIS tool to forecast hotspots and recommend timely expansion

Integration & Data Accuracy

• Ensure SmartOLT provisioning data (OLT/ONU) syncs seamlessly into GIS tool
• Reconcile field and audit data with live utilization metrics
• Collaborate with GIS Lead to map utilization spatially for proactive rollouts

Reporting & Decision Support

• Publish weekly utilization reports and monthly capacity forecasts
• Provide early warnings (≥4 weeks) for saturation risks to Planning, Sales, and Deployment teams
• Align reporting with management KPIs: serviceability %, utilization %, and CapEx optimization

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Support Sales and Customer Experience teams with real-time serviceability checks via Coverage Checker API (integrated with GIS)
• Advise Projects on BOQ adjustments based on upcoming capacity expansions
• Work with Planning Lead to prioritize greenfield and brownfield rollouts in alignment with utilization hotspots
