Campaign and Marketing Manager at the Way It Fits

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Campaign and Marketing Manager to develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that drive store traffic, online conversions, and brand awareness for the Way It Fits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for store launches (new locations, exclusive openings, client experiences), seasonal sales (Black Friday, festive events, anniversaries), and new product and collection releases
• Create data-driven marketing strategies that increase store traffic and online conversions through social media management and ads promotion
• Plan content calendars and campaign timelines
• Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and PR placements to strengthen brand presence
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Work with the Creative Director to ensure campaigns align with the brand's aesthetic and voice
• Supervise creation of marketing materials, including photoshoots, lookbooks, newsletters, ads, and social media visuals
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication channels (digital, in-store, and experiential)

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing
• Creative mindset with a strong grasp of current trends in fashion and content
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital strategy, and campaign execution
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams

• Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
