Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests making inquiries, reservations, or requests over the phone. You will be responsible for handling calls efficiently, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring guests receive outstanding service before they even arrive at the resort.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Handle guest inquiries about room availability, amenities, activities, and rates
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Provide information on resort policies, promotions, and packages
- Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Record guest requests and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure all interactions reflect the resort's commitment to exceptional hospitality
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND/NCE or equivalent certification (HND or BSc degree is an added advantage)
- Prior experience in call centre operations, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer applications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Maximum notice period of one week
