Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Cabin Crew Member to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout flights. You will respond to passenger inquiries, resolve issues and complaints, and maintain the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility to the Captain for all aspects of cabin safety
• Operate under the direction of the Purser regarding cabin service
• Stay updated on all safety procedures and be licensed to operate on all aircraft
• Answer mandatory safety questions before each flight
• Deliver cabin service in line with the airline's service standards manual
• Maintain high levels of customer experience by assisting passengers and managing problems in liaison with flight seniors
• Ensure passenger safety in your designated area of responsibility
• Execute safe evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
• Oversee daily department workflow
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in customer service
