Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products for sale
• Provide expert advice on meat cuts and preparation methods

• Manage inventory and minimize waste
• Serve customers and respond to their inquiries

Requirements

• Experience in butchery or meat preparation
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
