The Business Operations Performance & Data Analyst plays a key role in optimizing business performance through data-driven insights, collecting and analyzing operational data, building performance dashboards, evaluating KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support strategic decisions
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Establish and track KPIs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct in-depth operational and financial analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support HR Performance Management with data-driven insights for departmental evaluation
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
• Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the organization's systems, processes, and performance outcomes remain aligned with strategic goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, operations performance, or data analysis
