Business Manager – Orthodontic Dental Enterprise (ODE)

About the Role

As we enter a critical growth and consolidation phase, we are seeking a commercially astute, execution-driven Business Manager to take full ownership of the business and drive sustainable profitability. The Business Manager will oversee the operations and strategic growth of the company, with end-to-end accountability for strategy execution, revenue growth, cost control, people leadership, and governance.

This individual will be responsible for driving business expansion, fostering client relationships, and optimising operational efficiencies to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Leadership

• Own the P&L, revenue growth, margins, and cost discipline
• Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets
• Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships

Sales & Market Expansion

• Lead sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve customer service, and enhance product offerings
• Strengthen market presence across the dental ecosystem in multiple locations

Operations & Supply Chain Oversight

• Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management
• Improve stock optimisation, turnaround times, and cost efficiency

Financial Control & Governance

• Enforce strong financial discipline and internal controls
• Work with Group Finance on reporting and cash-flow management

People & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the team
• Build a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values

Strategic & Executive Interface

• Serve as primary interface with Group Executive Management
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong background in business management, sales, and marketing within the Healthcare Industry
