This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview:
  • BM Direct Doors is hiring a results-driven Business Manager/Marketer to grow sales, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and business growth
  • Source new clients (contractors, developers, architects, distributors)
  • Generate leads, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals
  • Manage client accounts and ensure repeat business
  • Run marketing campaigns and manage online enquiries
  • Promote door products and customized solutions
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in sales/marketing
  • Experience in construction/manufacturing is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Lagos market (Lekki, Ajah, VI, Ikeja)
  • Target-driven and able to work independently.
