## Title: Business Manager - Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager with deep expertise in real estate and business administration to drive strategic growth across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of industry experience, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and a robust network within the real estate and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle real estate transactions and manage legal office operations efficiently
  • Solicit properties and canvas for buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties, lands, and houses
  • Consummate transactions including landed properties
  • Process consent transactions
  • Identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships
  • Expand market presence across Nigeria
  • Manage general business operations

Required Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 6 years in a similar position
  • Experience in banking and project management
  • Proven ability to manage different professionals
  • Experience in outsourcing
  • Strong knowledge of legal processes, documentation, negotiation, and business consummation
  • Demonstrated ability to search, analyze, identify, initiate, and consummate transactions with high-profile clients
  • Extensive knowledge of Lagos environment, particularly Lagos Island to Epe
  • Valid driver's license and familiarity with Lagos roads

Language & Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English and Yoruba
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Project Management Tools
  • Strong digital product literacy

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • LLB, LLM, or MBA required
  • Master's degree is a significant advantage
  • NIESV Membership is an added advantage
