## Title: Business Lead - GRC/Privacy/Anti-Fraud

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Maintain and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge internally and externally to stakeholders, including influencers and presales customer scenarios, with compelling Business Value proposals
  • Create and refine localized product Bill of Materials (BOM) for customers
  • Drive solution adoption through customer interactions and programs such as health checks to identify and develop high-value opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Marketing Planning

  • Support and orchestrate marketing plans for GRC and anti-fraud products
  • Actively engage customers across different segments to qualify prospects
  • Act as the voice of the field by providing timely updates and feedback to the marketing department on product marketing and campaign execution

Technical Presales Engagement

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create new opportunities for Digital Business products and develop industry-specific sales pipelines
  • Source, document, and develop presales collaterals to facilitate client engagements and deal closure
  • Conduct customer-facing presentations, demos, proposal development, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), deal sizing, and pricing discussions for assigned products
  • Serve as technical leader for products in the department and deliver results in your areas of technical ownership
  • Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values
  • Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
