## Title: Business Development & Sales Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products and services
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding accounts
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis
  • Results-driven and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities

Compensation

₦400,000 + Commission
