## Title: Business Development / Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

A fast-rising Real Estate Company in Lakowe, Lagos is seeking a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth and deepen market penetration. This role is designed for consistent performers who understand the local real estate market and can convert leads into multimillion-naira transactions. If you're a goal-getter who thrives in competitive environments and live within or near Lakowe, this opportunity is for you.

Key Deliverables

  • Achieve or exceed ₦10m in monthly property sales
  • Onboard 100+ active realtor partners monthly to expand the sales pipeline
  • Maintain a 15–20% conversion rate from leads to closed sales
  • Conduct at least 4 property inspections weekly with qualified prospects
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtor partners
  • Implement creative sales strategies to dominate the market

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in real estate sales or business development
  • Strong ability to negotiate, network, and close deals
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and relentless about hitting targets
  • Must currently reside in or very close to Lakowe, Lagos (non-negotiable)
