## Title: Business Development & Sales Executive (Technical)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive (Technical) to drive growth and identify new business opportunities for our organization. This role combines business development and sales responsibilities, requiring technical engineering expertise alongside strong client relationship management skills. You will be instrumental in building brand visibility, maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies across our Engineering services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry gaps
  • Analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies
  • Monitor competitors and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns
  • Understand client needs and tailor engineering solutions to meet specific requirements
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Execute project delivery end-to-end, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and timelines
  • Drive sales in electrical services, procurement, and installations as specified by clients
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects
  • Support the development and execution of business plans to achieve growth targets
  • Promote the firm's brand and content across all organizational social media platforms

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical engineering background or knowledge in Electrical, Power, and renewable energy services
  • Proven business development and sales experience
  • Strong market research and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Project management and execution expertise
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
