## Title: Business Development Officer

About the Position

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic business development role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital prospecting
  • Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct in-depth consultations with potential buyers to understand their property preferences and financial requirements
  • Property Presentations: Showcase available real estate properties to prospective buyers, clearly highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to match their needs
  • Sales Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements, ensuring both client satisfaction and company objectives are met
  • Closing Deals: Manage and finalize the sales transaction process, from contract negotiation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and provide market insights
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly prepare and submit detailed sales reports to the Marketing Department, including updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies that drive lead generation and conversion

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software

Required Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
