  • Our client is seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join its team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Promote and sell real estate products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
