BSc in Business, Engineering, or Economics (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

Strong understanding of market analysis, tendering processes, and contract negotiation.

Ability to track sales activities, support proposals, and contribute to revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and sectors with growth opportunities.

Generate, qualify, and manage leads through direct outreach, networking, and referral channels.

Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through consistent service delivery.

Work closely with marketing, operations, and project teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
