About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead initiatives in generating and engaging with business partners to build new business for our company. The ideal candidate will be focused, possess strong communication skills, think critically when making plans, and demonstrate a proven ability to execute strategy effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities within the insurance industry
• Develop and nurture new relationships to drive business growth and company expansion
• Maintain and support existing business relationships
• Apply critical thinking to planning processes to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or Master's degree (Master's is an added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an insurance-related role
• Must reside in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt
