About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to drive business growth in the Northwest region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, executing regional sales strategies, and generating revenue through elevator sales, installations, and maintenance contracts in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned geographical zone
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for elevators and maintenance contracts
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure through effective negotiation and follow-up
- Prospect for leads in assigned region and close sales
Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, competitors, and trends within the region
- Develop and expand the customer base by building relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and property managers
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events within the region
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Manage customer feedback and escalate issues promptly for resolution
Team Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing, Technical, and CRM teams to ensure smooth handover from lead generation to project execution
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports detailing leads, conversions, pipeline, and challenges
- Participate actively in weekly review and planning meetings (virtual or physical)
- Support regional operations and coordination activities
