Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, including Supply Chain Executives, Value Analysis Committees, Safety/Risk Management, Environmental Services, and Hospital Administration.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts to achieve revenue targets while working with Clinical Resource Managers to ensure operational and educational implementation of company offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and communicate a vision for the future of the business
- Establish a culture and work environment that promotes a continuous improvement philosophy regarding products and services
- Develop action plans and budgets that drive efforts aligned with business goals
- Ensure all company employees, suppliers, and customers understand the commitment to excellence in quality and service
- Develop internal business practices that promote open communication and freedom of expression in a risk-free atmosphere
- Define measurable goals that enhance processes, systems, and practices, and provide necessary resources to accomplish them
- Build and sustain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key organizations to support profitable growth
- Monitor marketplace trends and changes to ensure the company can respond effectively to emerging challenges
- Manage client accounts to achieve revenue targets
