## Title: Business Development Manager – Fabricated Products

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the sales of fabricated products (such as structural steel, pipelines, and pressure vessels) to Oil & Gas companies in Nigeria. You will leverage your technical expertise and industry relationships to grow revenue and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector for fabricated products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including operators, EPC firms, and fabricators
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and cost estimates
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Business
  • 5+ years of sales experience in fabricated products for Oil & Gas (with fabricators, EPCs, or OEMs)
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes (welding, machining, assembly) and Oil & Gas standards
  • Proven track record in bidding, negotiation, and closing high-value contracts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience

  • Existing network with Nigerian Oil & Gas companies
  • Familiarity with Nigerian Content Development requirements

Compensation

N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly
