## Title: Business Development Manager – Elevator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion of our Elevator business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the construction, real estate, or industrial sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for new elevator installations, modernization projects, and long-term maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development & Market Penetration

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within key market segments: high-rise residential, commercial offices, hotels, hospitals, retail malls, and public infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to increase market share in the elevator industry
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends
  • Generate a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs for new unit sales, modernization, and service contracts
  • Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and handover to the project execution team

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and property owners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
