## Title: Business Development Manager – Commercial & Industrial Sales
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a Business Development Manager position focused on commercial and industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage high-value B2B clients across manufacturing, construction, logistics, marine, and power sectors
- Drive the sale of AGO, PMS, and related energy solutions in alignment with business growth targets
- Lead and coordinate bid submissions on NIPEX and other procurement platforms, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and direct client engagements
- Track market trends and customer needs to inform strategy and sales planning
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships that support long-term revenue growth
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Regularly report on sales pipeline, opportunities, and key metrics to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of B2B business development or sales experience in petroleum marketing, energy solutions, or related sectors
- Mandatory experience with NIPEX and demonstrated knowledge of bidding and contract acquisition processes
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in commercial/industrial segments
- Solid understanding of fuel pricing, bulk product sales, and customer segmentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
