## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to develop strategic plans that establish our brand presence and set short-term and long-term goals to achieve higher profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including digital, advertising communications, and creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
  • Achieve monthly set targets
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Develop new sales techniques and approaches
  • Supervise all team members to ensure achievement of their individual targets
  • Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in Business Development
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building abilities
