## Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Tilden Development Limited as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base across residential, commercial, and tech-enabled real estate segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships to meet company revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends to develop entry strategies and identify untapped segments (e.g., co-living, smart buildings, real estate developers, facility management firms)

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem — developers, landlords, brokers, tech vendors, and enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop solutions that integrate with the company's technology offerings (e.g., digital listings, property management tools, rental platforms)

Product & Market Alignment

  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and insights that influence roadmap development and positioning strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer feedback sessions to improve value proposition and client experience

Sales Reporting & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate sales and CRM records, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for leadership
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth forecasts

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events, and brand awareness strategies
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to structure deals and ensure contractual compliance

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of the real estate value chain, including leasing, property management, and tech adoption trends
  • Excellent communication skills
