## Title: Business Development Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and position the company as the preferred private security provider in the industry.

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive the company's business expansion by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value opportunities in areas such as private security guards (armed & unarmed), VIP protection, and technology-driven security solutions (CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm systems, GPS tracking, etc.). You will develop innovative security solutions tailored to client needs, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in private security and technology-based security solutions
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with corporate organizations, government agencies, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships that align with the company's long-term objectives
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities

Opportunity Management and Deal Closure

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value business opportunities across key sectors
