## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring a highly skilled Business Development Manager with compulsory finance industry experience to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate must have a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of business development specifically within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the financial services market
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the finance ecosystem
  • Conduct market and financial industry research to stay ahead of trends and competitors

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and financial stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet revenue targets

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads specifically within the finance industry
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, pitches, and business plans for financial products and services
  • Monitor sales performance and optimize strategies for improved financial gains

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business objectives
  • Provide detailed reports on sales, market insights, revenue forecasts, and business performance
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulatory standards

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development within the finance industry (compulsory)

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify and maximize business opportunities
