  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Acquiring new customers across retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop distributor networks and manage performance for assigned territories.
  • Identify and close high-volume sales opportunities.
Market Development & Intelligence
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
  • Recommend improvements in packaging, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales/market performance reports.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and improve satisfaction levels.
  • Develop customer retention and upselling strategies.
Brand Visibility & Promotions
  • Support brand activations, sampling campaigns, and visibility drives.
  • Ensure product placement standards in retail outlets.
Operational Support
  • Coordinate with production on demand forecasting and inventory needs.
  • Work with logistics to reduce delivery delays and optimize distribution routes.
  • Ensure compliance with startup operational processes and industry standards.
