About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our productivity consulting and advisory services. The ideal candidate will focus on building client relationships, designing HR solutions, and delivering high-value advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue consulting and advisory opportunities in HR strategy, talent management, outsourcing, and organisational development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored HR solutions in collaboration with consulting teams
• Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and service documentation
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential consulting opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4 – 8 years of experience in consulting, HR advisory, or professional services business development
• Proven ability to design and sell HR consulting solutions
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
