About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. We are seeking a visionary leader to take the helm of our Business Development efforts as we revolutionize healthcare delivery across Nigeria and beyond.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of business expansion, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting cutting-edge telemedicine, diagnostics, and wellness solutions that transform patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital health and telemedicine
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, hospitals, NGOs, government, and health agencies
- Lead proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Track business performance and provide monthly pipeline and revenue reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 3-6 years' experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
