  • Generate and convert B2B leads.
  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing and maintain healthy margins.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports.
  • Support proposal development with the Growth team.
  • Lead and coach a sales team to hit monthly & annual targets.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B sales / business development.
  • Experience managing a sales team (min. 3 years).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven with solid commercial judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Office & structured reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; project management experience is a plus.
