About the Role
LawPavilion Business Solutions is seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead growth within the Nigerian enterprise market. As a leading technology company specializing in digital transformation, we are looking for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise solution sales and building high-value client partnerships. You will have specific expertise in selling Artificial Intelligence solutions to enterprise clients.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing significant deals for our suite of enterprise and AI solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of complex business needs and technology to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and drive substantial revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for enterprise and AI solutions portfolio within the Nigerian market
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis
- Cultivate and maintain strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target organizations
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand complex business challenges and identify opportunities for enterprise solutions
- Develop and present compelling value propositions, tailored proposals, and impactful presentations to enterprise clients
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise deals, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure
- Build and develop a high-performing business development/sales team with focus on growth potential and career development
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and product specialists to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery
