Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector. This role focuses on expanding the company's market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas operations
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oil and gas operators, EPCI contractors, and key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions
Tendering & Proposal Management
- Source, review, and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and RFQs
- Coordinate proposal preparation, pricing, and technical inputs with internal teams
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports
Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Identify and develop strategic alliances and joint venture opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Strengthen the company's brand and market reputation within the oil and gas industry
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
