Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to help drive client acquisition for our HR Consulting firm. You will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and promoting our HR services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in need of HR solutions
• Present and promote the company's services including Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly client acquisition targets
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and feedback
• Provide insights on market trends and client needs

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A "can-do" attitude and self-motivated personality
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Excellent customer experience skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
