Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our Training school division. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the training school's market presence and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and drive sales for the Training division
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
• Maximize profitable utilization of training divisional facilities and assets through effective marketing
• Register client training requests for accurate billing and invoicing
• Manage prompt renewal of training contracts
• Ensure compliance with training quality manual procedures
• Maintain audit readiness of the training facility for clients and regulatory bodies
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients
• Maintain existing accounts through consistent follow-up and prompt response to client requests
• Identify and attend relevant training events, exhibitions, and conferences
• Establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits, telephone enquiries, and electronic communication
• Reactivate inactive accounts by following up with leads and understanding their training needs
• Drive business expansion and increase market share through networking and effective marketing
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote the Training service division
• Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective clients and regulators
• Ensure vendor registration of training services with key clients
• Ensure timely submission of all training tenders
